Choose a question to explore the conversation.

Alex has an answer. The next step is a call.

02 / When the phone rings

A helpful answer.
Even with hands full.

Alex calls to explain the garden project. Greenline’s team is out working. NextVoice answers with the business’s greeting, handles questions, and asks for the details the team needs.

“I’d like an estimate for my garden.”

The receptionist captures Alex’s name, callback number, and enquiry. When a person is needed, your transfer rules decide the next step.

Website enquiries wait in your chat inbox. Calls keep their transcript in Call activity. Your team can review both when preparing a callback.
